Kasgro Rail Corporation's manufacturing facility is located at 121 Rundle Rd. in New Castle, PA. With a work force of over 50 employees, the plant is known for innovative design and custom car fabrication. Kasgro's repair shop is also located at the facility, where all KRL-marked cars are serviced and repaired.

Kasgro Railcar Management is located at 1293 Hillview Dr., Corydon, IN. This five-member team is responsible for the daily management of the more than 500 heavy-duty cars with capacities ranging from 190,000 to 1,000,000 lbs. The car management team works with all major and short-line railroads to facilitate the movement of all KRL cars and works with various shippers, ports, and logistics companies to fulfill car orders on a daily basis.
